![]() If you have the sealant and Souveran, maybe start with those, the look should be amazing, then decide afterward if you want an added glassy shine and self-cleaning, get the SiO2. In theory you could do BF sealant, then SiO2, then Souveran, but the Souveran will negate the slickness and self-cleaning of SiO2 which is why I don’t recommend it. Souveran could fit in after polishing (if not using the sealant), OR after the sealant (recommended) and before SiO2 (or skip SiO2). You could also use SiO2 right after polishing if you don’t want to use the sealant, but you will likely need to reapply SiO2 every few weeks if it’s your only protection. I have looked through videos and the forum for a week before choosing these specific products. Set the speed dial on the polisher between 3 and 4. Place the pad on the paint and turn the machine on. This coats the foam pad and the paint with sealant. With the machine off, spread the sealant over the surface using the dry foam pad. I have bought a Meguiars Clay bar kit, The BLACKFIRE Crystal Seal Paint Sealant, and BLACKFIRE Wet Diamond Polymer Spray, Optimum Car Wash, and the other usual things like application pad, a Wheel well brush, a microfiber wash mitt, microfiber towels. Apply two 6 to 8 inch lines of BLACKFIRE Paint Sealant directly onto the surface. This is what made me choose to go with Sealant since there is longer protection. Road salt is a killer up here so I want to maintain my investment. We have a very variable temperature from -50C to +40 C. It is purely engineered to provide unbeatable surface protection. My only experience with car detailing before this was occasional car cleaning and waxing with probably the cheapest products my parents bought.
